This show of work by London based photographer Fiona Freund moves to London from Brighton and re-opens at Number 22 Bar & restaurant on May 24th, 2007. Shot one afternoon last summer in Brighton, the title 'Remember Summer' begs us to do just that. Without being over sentimental and always in Fiona's trademark uplifting style, they remind us summer is just around the corner with the humour and optimism of a photographer who uses her camera to capture images that are an extension of her own personality. Self-taught and now with over 10 years experience in photography Fiona has worked for some of the UK's leading publications from Vogue to the Guardian Weekend magazine in the wide ranging fields of fashion through to reportage. This show will either serve to lift the mood and bring a smile as we remember last summer, or cheer us on in anticipation of the coming summer.
