Messing about in the mangrove

This British-Australian horror movie, directed and written by Andrew Traucki and David Nerlich, has a silly group of young people embarking on an ill-advised boat trip to Australia's Northern Territory.

After a crocodile makes mincemeat of their guide, they get stuck up a mangrove tree.

To reveal what happens to blonde Maeve Dermody, her pregnant sister (Diana Glenn) and her brother-in-law (Andy Rodoreda) would spoil things.

Suffice to say Black Water sensibly doesn't dwell on blood and guts too much, having one of the trio crunched off screen to sound effects from hell.
