The star was forced to pull out early from Saturday night's Showgirl Homecoming performance at the Manchester Evening News (MEN) Arena.
All fans who attended that show can use their tickets to attend a new date on January 23.
Minogue said: "I'd like to apologise to those who attended last Saturday night's show at the MEN Arena. I was hoping to feel better as the day progressed, but unfortunately the opposite was true.
"I'm sorry for all those inconvenienced by the postponements."
Shows scheduled for Monday and Tuesday this week have already been moved to January 21 and 22.
The 38-year-old star denied reports that she had defied doctors' orders by taking the stage last Saturday.
"I have not at any stage ignored the advice of my doctors. In fact, I postponed two shows this week on their advice in order to be healthy enough to finish the tour.
"Nearly all of my crew were hit by this terrible flu during the course of this tour and despite my best efforts I too succumbed last week.
"I am now overjoyed to announce that I have been declared fit to return to the stage."
