A statement from the singer's record company said she had cancelled her performances on the instruction of her doctor.
The cancellation comes after her performances became increasingly erratic, leading to more fears about the Rehab star's health.
A statement from the Island Records said Winehouse, 24, had been told to deal with "health issues".
Winehouse, whose husband Blake Fielder-Civil is in custody charged with attempting to pervert justice, has cancelled all promotional appearances for the rest of the year.
It said: "Amy Winehouse has cancelled all remaining live and promotional appearances for the remainder of the year on the instruction of her doctor.
"The rigours involved in touring and the intense emotional strain that Amy has been under in recent weeks have taken their toll.
"In the interests of her health and well-being, Amy has been ordered to take complete rest and deal with her health issues."
Winehouse said: "I can't give it my all on stage without my Blake.
"I'm so sorry but I don't want to do the shows half-heartedly; I love singing. My husband is everything to me and without him it's just not the same."
Winehouse was due to perform in Bournemouth last night.
Other gigs were set to follow in Cardiff, Dublin, Belfast, Manchester and London.
Last night, the troubled singer sparked more headlines with her bizarre behaviour after her gig in Brighton.
She is said to have dashed from hotel to hotel in the pouring rain, reportedly hiding her nose and pulling at her teeth, before jumping in a taxi back to London in the early hours of the morning.
The Brit-award winning singer was booed at the opening night of her tour after an incoherent performance.
During the show, the 24-year-old told the crowd: "To them people booing, wait 'til my husband gets out of incarceration. And I mean that."
Fielder-Civil was arrested after allegedly trying to bribe a pub barman he is accused of attacking. He is currently in Pentonville Prison on remand.
The jazz singer has seen her career soar to new heights with critical acclaim for her second album Back to Black, chart success and a clutch of big awards.
But her erratic behaviour both on and off stage sparked huge concern.
Island Records said: "Refunds for the remaining dates will be issued from the point of purchase.
"Her family has requested that the media respect Amy's privacy at this time."
