The music's recent album, Strength in Numbers, made the Top 20 recently. Currently on a UK tour, most of thee gigs will revolve around new material with a couple of older tracks thrown in for good measure. They will play Koko as part of the iTunes festival this Friday. Expect quite a heavy performance.
CHUCK BERRY

When: Saturday & Sunday
Tickets: £35
www.chuckberry.com
After kicking off Camp Bestival, Chuck Berry comes to Hackney Empire for two nights this weekend. According to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, 'while no individual can be said to have invented rock and roll, Chuck Berry comes the closest of any single figure to being the one who put all the essential pieces together.' Worth checking out then.
DUFFY
Where: Somerset House
When: Friday
Tickets: £25
www.iamduffy.com
She has been compared to the likes of Amy Winehouse and Dusty Springfield but Duffy insists she has her own style. Headlining Somerset House's Friday evening show, the Welsh talent will have her chance to prove it. The pop/soul singer received high praise at an Albert Hall gig earlier this year so this one should be good.
ADELE
Where: Somerset House
When: Saurday
Tickets: £25
www.adele.tv
Whether she is your type of singer or not, there is no denying that Adele has a fine voice. The unpretentious Londoner thinks nothing of removing her heels and giving shout-outs to her friends and family mid-way through numbers. She gave an impressive performance at Shepherds Bush recently, now it's time to conquer Somerset House.
