We arrived at 1pm on a Wednesday in early September, looking for food and a worthwhile beer. The place was deserted other than just one patient (apparently a regular) inside and one mum group outside, evidently with minimal purchases. We guessed the reason for the lack of trade when we noticed that all the pumps, bar one, were out of action. And then, when we chose the last resort, it too gave out without results. We quickly left, so the place lost our food order as well as our drinks. We won't be hurrying back.
