Description: Despite its long history -- and, as a wine merchant, Royal Appointment -- this City wine bar chain has made a real break with olde-worlde style. All its branches are a symphony of white walls, bleached wood and halogen downlighters. The large branch impressively sited above the Broadgate ice rink is probably the best known.
