Description: A well-established -- and much-copied -- chain of (slightly formulaic) bars and converted pubs that are squarely aimed at sociable twenty- to thirtysomethings. Some branches have more appeal than others, but they all serve a good selection of bottled beers and wines. The gastropub-style grub is tolerably well done, and not expensive.
