Strange decor and obscure beers

Given Madonna's professed love of a decent pint of Timothy Taylor's Landlord, it'll be intriguing to see if Mrs. Ritchie will pay a visit to this one - a pub with three, four and occasionally five TT beers on tap.
A rarity indeed, but this pub is more than just a flag waver for that brewery in fact there are often other excellent, obscure beers to be sampled too.
The Bricklayers has a rather idiosyncratic approach to decor and hanging from the ceiling we noted a sledge, ice skates and party balloons, along with an Astroturfed beer garden.
There's also a real local friendly feel to the place, so don't be too alarmed if you're brought into the conversation of your fellow drinkers or your gaze is caught by a game of shove ha'penny or bar skittles. There aren't many places like this in Putney - or in London for that matter - so give it a look if you're around.
