New Moon is nothing if not an international advertisement for the hungry virtues of virginity and young people can’t get enough of it

Kitchen W8 is a bargain for this area, if such sophistication is what you crave
Kitchen W8
Too long and drawn out but very entertaining with excellent special effects
This is a peculiar play and does not work for me. Some of it is very funny but there are real flaws
Alex has a strong powerful voice and was faultless, she is far better now than she was on the X-Factor

Trendy: The Adam & Eve
No more a mock Horror pub, the test-tube cocktails and Gothic furnishings have been cleared aside as part of a Geronimo pubs refit.
As we kind of expected, the new pub's furnishings are soft, the feel loungey, with mismatched chairs covered in a fairly bright, stripy material and butcher block tables sprinkled around - the Ben Crouch is mostly a very distant memory; it's very pleasant and modern, if a bit eclectic.
The bus route board covering the disabled loo door may cause some confusion, as it was almost impossible to tell that's what it was. Large letters spelling out words on the bookcases, a huge clock on one wall, photos of 60's celebs in the very nice bogs, but somehow it all works.
The food looks good, with sausage rolls, pork pie and scotch eggs available for snacking on, with reasonably priced meals and daily specials available as well. There were four ales on when we were in last, and reasonably well kept.
Staff are friendly enough and were providing table service as well. Although it's just opened, it seems to be proving popular with local workers and shoppers escaping from Oxford Street.
Hopefully they'll keep up the good work. Oh, and we had to laugh as we were leaving - two Goths came in and their faces fell on realising they weren't in the Goth version of Kansas anymore. Oh well.
