Today is the final day in the Big Brother house for two housemates as they prepare for tonight's double eviction.

Three housemates - Kara-Louise, Jonty and Tracey - face the public vote to avoid being evicted from the Channel 4 reality show.

They will learn their fate tonight, with only one able to stay for the show's final week.

Gallery: Housemates rate themselves

The two departures will leave nine housemates - or eight if twins Sam and Amanda are counted as one person - slugging it out to win.

Yesterday Ziggy proved his aptitude for the "gift of the gaffe" after upsetting fellow Big Brother contestants in a Rate Your Housemate task.

The hunk went into the Diary Room to guess how fellow housemates ranked in a series of questions, while the contestants ranked themselves in the Living Area. The prize was to upgrade a Big Brother party.

But Carole was hurt to learn that Ziggy had nominated her as Most Spineless Housemate.

And Kara-Louise was teary-eyed after being voted Worst Housemate by everyone and as Nastiest Housemate by everyone except Ziggy.

"You know when you say the wrong things constantly?" asked Ziggy, "I'm just so good at it.

"I shouldn't have put myself forward," he added. "People come out of this nicely and other people don't. I basically put myself up for making myself an a*******."

Thanks to Ziggy's incorrect guesses, the Big Brother bash comprised a bottle of champers, six scotch eggs, one cup cake, one can of shandy and a blast of Don't It Make You Feel Good by Neighbours star Stefan Dennis.

"Spineless", Ziggy pondered. "I looked at it as 'Fearless'." "Oh that's the opposite," offered Jonty.

Jonty later said there were "two teams" in the house.

"Of those five new people that came in, any opportunity to nominate it was always those five names that kept coming up," said Jonty.

And Jonty made sure he gave himself a thorough blow-dry following a swim.

Wandering naked around the bathroom, instead of grabbing a towel, Jonty turned on the hairdryers and waved his arms underneath to check the temperature.

With the heat just right, the starkers housemate eased himself into position so the hot air would give the desired areas a going over, adopting a pose with one foot raised.

He then put his boxer shorts on, unaware that they were inside out.
