Housemates travel back in time for tasks

Four Big Brother housemates have already been sent back to Victorian times with a series of tasks to win a luxury shopping budget.
Carole, Gerry, Tracey and Ziggy had to polish 300 shoes in an hour.
In an innuendo-laden conversation, Ziggy asked Tracey: "Shall we tackle the big ones - the bad boys first?" She replied: "I'm doing the bad boys first."
They also had to bob for apples and before that were challenged to 'invent' electricity as part of their bid to have more money to spend on food. The quartet were dressed in Victorian-era costumes and asked to create the first electrical circuit.
The housemates sat down at a table covered with wires and crocodile clips, before being told they had 90 minutes to complete the circuit.
Big Brother told the foursome: "If you complete this circuit, Big Brother will be flabbergasted, and will even let you take the credit for it".
Yesterday, Kara-Louise was asked to go to the Diary Room where Big Brother unveiled a time machine. She then travelled to the year 3049 where it was revealed housemates had failed this week's task.
The 22-year-old student was then taken back in time to 2007 to read the instructions for the task to the group.
Armed with the instructions she returned to the house and said: "In order to change the future, pass the task and win a luxury shopping budget housemates must travel through time and change the course of history."
If they fail five or more tasks, housemates will receive a basic shopping budget to spend in Week 11. If they pass the test they will be rewarded with a luxury budget.
Earlier in the day glamour model Amy chatted with Kara-Louise about the end of her fling with fellow housemate Liam.
Amy said: "I think he feels a bit awkward to be honest. I think he feels more awkward than me. That is the impression I get."
In the afternoon Geordie Liam revealed his hottest chat-up line to twin Sam and glamour model Amy: "I say 'excuse me love. Is it just me, or did you feel that connection there?'." "You actually do say that don't you?" replied a smirking Sam.
