Housemates had to complete the course, then train to improve their strength and agility, before tackling the course for a second time.

Sam and Amanda - who are now classed as a single housemate - cut their time by 46 per cent and gained immunity from this week's eviction vote, becoming "body gurus".
Ziggy Lichman, who had earlier won the mind task, is also immune from eviction this week.
Despite the twins' success, the housemates failed to cut their overall course time by 10 per cent after the extra training and will now be limited to basic rations this week.
Gerry Stergiopoulos, who skipped the assault course due to injury, spent the day healing auras and later made predictions of romance for Tracey Barnard.
"I'm in a flat," said Gerry dreamily, "the guy is relaxed. He's a dude.
"He's got a very tidy flat and there's food in the fridge," Gerry continued. "He's got a table with nice stuff. He likes his guitar. He lives alone..." "Not for long," laughed Tracey.
Gerry added: "He's a bit unshaved. He's got longish hair, quite dark. He's quite hairy - his chest is quite hairy." "We can whip that off," said Tracey.
Last night the housemates sat in a Circle of Truth and had to tell the person to their left what they disliked most about them.
Carole Vincent told Gerry: "Your incessant talking about your favourite subject, without a gasp for air."
Brian Belo told Amanda and Sam: "You like pink too much. I hate pink!"
Gerry seemed reluctant to say anything bad to Tracey.
He initially said "Your hair does not keep its pink colour long enough" but, after criticism from other housemates for failing to be honest, plumped for: "Your perky bottom is not as perky as your personality."
