As Europe feels the pain, Britain can move forward

Last week in Brussels, the European Summit failed to solve the immediate problems facing Europe. At a time when growth and jobs are needed, the summit delivered neither. Instead, there will more pain.

The eurozone is not providing shelter for its weak economies or for its citizens, who are looking for jobs in an era of global uncertainty. Instead, it does not allow any country to escape easily from the economic pain they are locked into.
