Where's the justice for the British abroad?

I've been called many things but rarely a "Little Englander" or a xenophobe. To my knowledge, I've never been confused with Jeremy Clarkson or Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. And I don't believe it's anti-European or anti-American to think there should be a little bit of justice before people are dragged from their home and family to face trial in another country.
