Capital & Regional sells St Andrews Quay Retail Park for £81.9m

Property group Capital & Regional today sold a major retail park for £81.9 million — slightly more than the £80.3 million it was valued at two months ago.

The firm's Junction Fund offloaded
St Andrews Quay Retail Park in Hull to Threadneedle Strategic Capital as it takes advantage of the recovery in the property market.

The retail park features household names such as B&Q and Currys.
