Eidos game postponed on worries over quality

Championship Manager, a football game that has thousands of avid fans, was due to appear in PC format in April but now won't be ready for several months.
Eidos, also known for Tomb Raider and Hitman, insists the delay will have little impact on its profits due to already conservative expectations.
It described the move as a quality-control issue.
Chief executive Phil Rogers said: "Eidos has a total commitment to producing the highest-quality games, and we believe by moving the release date of Championship Manager we will give the product the additional time needed to deliver a more polished and highly competitive game within the genre.
"We will not compromise on quality, and we are confident that this decision is right for consumers and will benefit the continued popularity of this franchise."
Eidos is in the process of being taken over by Square Enix in a deal worth £84 million.
