Irish Food Processors in £6.4m Dalepak deal

Northern Foods today agreed the sale of Dalepak, the maker of Chinese Style Ribsteaks, Vegetable Fajita Fingers and Ross Beef Tender Grillsteaks.

Irish Food Processors Group is paying £6.4 million for the business which made a small loss on sales of £23 million last year.

The 143 workers at the factory in North Allerton, Yorkshire, will all transfer to the new owner.
