It's a picnic for Park as profits soar 24%

The recession does not appear to be hampering Park Group. The company, which evolved into a savings club from its origins providing Christmas hampers, today reported a 24% surge in profits to £6.2 million in the year to the end of March.

The dividend is up too, being lifted 10% higher to 1.32p.
