Stock Exchange in reshuffle at the top

The London Stock Exchange today swapped around its Italian directors.

Deputy chairman Angelo Tantazzi is being replaced by Paolo Scaroni, chief executive of energy giant ENI, who has been a non-executive of the LSE since it bought Borsa Italiana in 2007.

Former Goldman Sachs partner and Italian Treasury official Massimo Tononi is also joining the board.
