'Fling of the jungle' Marc jetting home

The former EastEnders actor has spent the last 12 days cosying up to Catatonia singer Cerys Matthews, cuddling her in a hammock and even kissing her as she gazed adoringly at him.
But while he was wooing her, his girlfriend, actress Sarah Matravers, flew to Australia threatening to "throttle him".
After seeing what was happening she went back to Britain, saying: "I'd love to forgive him but I'm confused."
When he heard what she said, Bannerman was quick to dismiss his relationship with Matthews.
He told Ant and Dec: "It's a really difficult thing. I connected with her [Matthews] on a very deep level, but nothing happened.
"I was shocked I could have an intense relationship like that. I am struggling with my emotions.
"I've got to apologise to my girlfriend - I've embarrassed her and myself."
Bannerman was grim-faced as he watched footage of himself and Matthews. He said they had only got close because he "craved a bit of love".
Matthews, 38, became tearful when Bannerman hugged her goodbye. But if she was upset then, she will be outraged to hear his feeble excuses after leaving.
The divorced mum-of-two told him she was heartbroken.
Bannerman told fellow camper Anna Ryder Richardson: "I'm in f***ing deep doo-doo."
When he then said that he didn't want to hurt his girlfriend, Ryder Richardson replied: "It might be a bit late."
Some critics say that a deal with a glossy magazine should patch things up between the couple.

When told by Ant and Dec that girlfriend Sarah had flown by back to London and that she wanted to talk privately, Marc Bannerman agreed that is what should happen saying he didn't want to hurt anyone. Mark then proceeded to tell the whole world he was in love with and that the had fell hook line and sinker for Cerys, all this before he even boarded a flight home!! How much more humiliation can Sarah take from this creep!

I should think he will be going home with his tail between his legs. He will have to do a lot of crawling to get into Sarah's good books but if she has any sense she will dump him because how on earth will she ever be able to trust him again.

I didn't mind this guy when he was in the jungle, but by God has he shown his true colours since he left! When he realised that he wasn't getting any Jordan and Peter buy in from the general public, he feigned shock on seeing himself draped all over Cerys, and dropped her like a stone, and went on and on about how much he'd missed his girlfriend, whom he didn't even mention, the lying so and so. His excuse for his behaviour was that he 'craved a little love'. Talk about 'love the one you're with'! How could anyone trust this man, five minutes out of your sight and he'd latch onto another woman like a leach. He used Cerys and disrespected his girlfriend. I hope he ends up single as that is how he should be until he learns to keep his paws to himself.

He's such an awful actor, it was obvious from his interview with Ant and Dec that the whole Cerys "romance" was not only fake but a publicity stunt as well. He was just too eager to paint himself as the boyfriend in trouble.

If Marc did not want to hurt his girlfriend he should of thought long and hard about it before getting all cosy with another women on live television. I hope his girlfriend dumps his sorry butt.
