One team will go to Snake Rock, while the others will remain at the Australian jungle base that has been their home for the past week.
The two teams will then go head-to-head for immunity from the public vote and precious food, in the jungle reality TV show.
Yesterday, Lauren Booth spoke about her half-sister Cherie Blair, whom she described as someone who had "changed".
But Booth, 39, speaking to team mate Scott Henshall, praised Tony Blair's wife as someone she "loved to bits".
She confessed: "We had a Christmas do a few years ago and she came to it. It was the five sisters together for a pre-Christmas dinner and I was really excited.
"When she came in (through the) door she got the keys and said to my husband 'get the bags will you'.
"Sister Lyndsay said to him - don't you dare. Ask Lady Muck to get the f ing bags herself."
Booth, a journalist, also said: "I love Cherie to bits. She has been brilliant to me. But we didn't grow up together and she has changed a lot.
"She's not that close to anyone in the family."
Booth added to Henshall: "I hope they cut this bit out."
