*1. There will be one prize draw winner ("the Winner")
2. The Winner will receive the following:
A 12 month subscription to BT Business Total Broadband Option 3
3. As part of the terms and conditions of the prize, the Winner will be required to sign a 24 month contract with BT for the BT services listed in paragraph 2 above. Once an account has been activated in the Winner's name for the BT service BT will send the Winner a cheque for the funds equivalent to cover the 12 month subscription of the BT services that form the prize listed in paragraph 2, with the costs as listed on BT.com, including VAT.
4. The Winner must sign up directly for 24 months to BT Business Total Broadband Option 3. BT Business Total Broadband is subject to availability and survey. The Winner must have an existing BT Business landline or one will need to be installed as part of the prize. If the Winner does not live in a broadband-enabled area or they do not want a BT business line installed or is not able to meet the standard BT Business Total Broadband terms and conditions they will not be eligible to receive the BT Business Total Broadband prize. If a BT Business line needs to be installed, BT will send the Winner one cheque for the funds equivalent to cover the installation charge of the BT service, with the costs as listed on BT.com, including VAT.
5. If the winner exceeds their monthly allowance on the free mobile broadband connection overage charges will apply. If the winner exceeds their 1GBdata usage allowance, they will pay 10p per extra MB of data that they use. If the winner exceeds their allowance of 2,000 BT Openzone Wi-Fi minutes allowance, they will pay 10p per extra minute that they use (however, this will be capped at £40 each month.)
6. The Winner must pay for the BT service listed in paragraph 3 by Direct Debit for the duration of the 24 month contract. Any costs not included in the prize will be the responsibility of the Winner. The Winner will be bound by the standard terms and conditions for the BT service listed in paragraph 3 on acceptance of the prize. The prize is subject to status.
7. BT reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control or in its discretion is appropriate if the Winner cannot meet any of the standard terms and conditions of any of the BT services listed in paragraph 3.
