This is London has teamed up with Seafood Week 2007 organisers Seafish and Mitch Tonks' FishWorks group of restaurants and cookery schools, to offer a lucky couple the chance to win a day's cookery course.

A course at the FishWorks cookery school in Richmond is a fantastic day for any interested seafood cook. Packed with advice, tips, inspiring recipes and most of all fun, the course will demystify cooking with fish and shellfish and show guests how to cook confidently for everyday meals or when entertaining.

With more than 100 varieties of fish and shellfish available in the UK, there's plenty of variety to tempt people to eat the recommended two portions of seafood a week.
