Terms & conditions

1. This promotion is open to residents of Greater London (defined as the City of London and the 32 London boroughs) excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, their agencies or anyone else professionally associated with the promotion.
2. Entrants must be 12 years or over. All prize winners under 18 years will require parental consent to be eligible to receive the prize.
3. The main draw promotion is open on 18 December only and will run until 3pm.
4. All participants must ensure that they are contactable between 3pm and 4pm on 18/12/07 on the same telephone number used for their entry. Due to the nature of the prizes Coca-Cola' reserves the right to redraw the prize if the prize winners cannot be contacted. Any participant between the ages of 12 and 17 years will also require a parent or guardian to be available at any time on 18/12/07 to accept the prize on their behalf.
5. The prize is a delivery of real snow to a private garden which will be decorated with a real Christmas tree and lights.
6. The Winter Wonderland prize consists of a delivery of real snow to a suitable nominated private garden which will be decorated with a real Christmas tree and lights. The snow will be delivered between 9am and midday on 24/12/07 - the prize winner will need to be present at delivery address to accept the delivery during this time. The snow delivery is subject to a signed participation agreement and a site visit, which is to be arranged with the prize winner on 19/12/07 at the delivery address with full access to the garden. The delivery address must be a private property with permission of the principle occupier of the property to accept the delivery. The prize winner will need to confirm the delivery address by 4:30 pm on 18/12/07. Coca-Cola' does not accept any responsibility for damage to plants and garden furniture from the snow. This delivery of snow will not be cleared away, but will be left to melt by natural causes.
7. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
8. Major winners will be expected to participate in publicity arising from the award of a prize.
9. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, and the prizes will only be available to the winner in person.
10. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Full Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions.
11. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
