1) The competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 excluding employees and their immediate families of Walkers Snacks Limited (the "Promoter"), its affiliated companies, The Walt Disney Company Limited, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the competition.
2) The competition prize includes: two x tickets to the private UK screening of Confessions of a Shopaholic on 17 February at the Covent Garden Hotel, 10 Monmouth Street London WC2H 9HB . Doors open at 6pm, to be seated at 6.30pm
3) The competition has two winners and the prize is for two adults
4) Winner must be available on 17th February
5) Competition opens on 9 February and closes at 15 February 2009
6) The winner will be allocated tickets to the screening on the 17th February
7) The promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever in relation to the prize once delivered to the winner
