Global Cool has been travelling to festivals with a double-decker bus over the summer, encouraging people to take public transport and reduce their carbon emission, as audience travel makes up two thirds of a festival's carbon footprint.

As part of their Do it in Public' campaign, they are interviewing a host of famous bands about their bus, train and coach stories, fantasy travel companions, and the ways that travel has inspired their music. One in 25 festival goers at V signed up to the campaign, and you can check out other interviews and see pictures of the bus on the Facebook page
