Winners will join Samuel L Jackson's A-list cast of personal friends including Luke Wilson, Alice Cooper, Don Johnson, JJ Feild and Tim Henman to enjoy an evening of decadence which includes a menu designed by one of the country's most celebrated Michelin Star chefs.
The A-Listers are taking over the luxurious St James Hotel and Club in Mayfair for the duration of their stay.
The sprinkling of stardust doesn't stop there however with none other than ten time Grammy award winning US singer Natalie Cole providing the entertainment on the night – ably supported by the award winning BBC Big Band.
Samuel L Jackson says: "This event gives me the opportunity to share the blessings that come with my success, with deserving individuals or groups.
"It is an honour to work with the event organisers, Soujar, and Rainbow Trust, and know that our efforts will benefit our combined causes.
"My friends and I hope the trip will signify the desire and hope we have to create a better life for all, and the dream we have for a better world."
All proceeds from the event go to the Samuel L Jackson Foundation and the Rainbow Trust.
