Win tickets to see Mongrel

To celebrate the release of Mongrel's debut album, free with The Independent this Saturday, we have teamed up with the The Independent to give two readers the chance to win a pair of tickets each to see Mongrel live on their second ever tour in Camden's Roundhouse, on 4 May 2009! The band will be performing a combination of hits and new songs from their highly anticipated début album 'Better Than Heavy'.

Indie rock/hip-hop crossover collective Mongrel, formed in 2008, consists of Reverend and the Makers members Jon McClure and Joe Moskow, original Arctic Monkey's bassist Andy Nicholson, Babyshambles guitarist Drew McConnell and rapper Lowkey.

You will be able to get your hands on the hot new début album exclusively and at no cost with every copy of The Independent on Saturday 7th March 2009 from any UK distributer. This exciting partnership marks a music and newspaper first.
