- Prize winner must ensure that they are available to attend on 9th February and the sound check could be anytime from 3pm – we will contact you to confirm the time
- It may not be possible to have your hair makeover on the day of the recording, subject to timings. If this is the case it will be honoured within 28 days.
- Only one prize per person, per household
- Shockwaves/Album Chart Show will not be held responsible for winners arriving late to a specified sound check and meet and greet time or to any winners arriving late to the start of the recording
