Ted Turner was guest of honour at the third annual Fortune Forum - the summit that gathers together pop stars and millionaires for a 'deep humanitarian experience', according to the organisers. Held at The Dorchester, its guests, including Vivienne Westwood, Vincent Tchenguiz and a Saudi prince, tucked into rack of lamb and agreed on how very philanthropic they were.
