The opening of the Missoni boutique on Sloane Street...

It was wall-to-wall stars in stripes at the opening of Missoni's first UK boutique, on Sloane Street.

Jacquetta Wheeler, Charlotte Dellal and Jasmine Guinness shimmered at the cocktail party in the shop, as they tried not to spill quail's egg vol-au-vents down their Missoni frocks.

After happy hour, a select group of guests, including Jade Jagger and her husband Dan Williams,were whisked off to Locanda Locatelli for a late dinner.

Mother-and-daughter team Angela and Margherita Missoni were full of surprises, providing their guests with not one but two goodie bags.
