The American Ballet Theatre pirouetted into town with a pre-first night cocktail party...

Pippa Middleton pirouetted into the home of Carl Liederman to cater a pre-opening night cocktail party for the American Ballet Theatre (ABT). After executive director Rachel Moore hailed a new era for cultural diplomacy, the dancers shared lychee ABTinis and sea bass carpaccio with the company's London friends.
