Leicester Square was brimming with 10,000 Bond fans, including the Princes William and Harry, last week, keen to spy on Gemma Arterton at the Quantum of Solace premiere. Simon Cowell's latest find, Escala, pumped out the Bond theme as the ghostly Karen Elson and her husband Jack White (who wrote the theme tune) glided along the red carpet in a flurry of red hair, pink eyes and black satin. Boris and Marina Johnson brought the children along for a family night out, while estranged pair Jay Jopling and Sam Taylor-Wood reunited at the Battersea Power Station after-party to talk marriage maintenance over a Vesper Martini.
