London health drinks company Firefly has launched Britain's first organic, enhanced water, Firefly Water. They have developed two recipes: green tea and mint, and white tea, pomegranate and elderflower. They are delicious (my favourite was the latter), with a very light taste. The green tea and mint has been certified organic by the Soil Association, a first for a water. Both Firefly Waters are high in antioxidants, so great for lowering the risk of heart disease and even reducing stress, and they are made from 100 per cent natural ingredients and contain no sugar - the sweetness comes from organic agave nectar, a natural, low-GI sweetener, pressed from Mexican cacti (www.fireflytonics.com).

I asked my sommelier to help me find something for wine storage in the run-up to Christmas and he has found the ultimate wine cooler. This fantastic appliance by Falcon stores up to 54 bottles of wine in a vibrationfree environment. Air circulates constantly through the cabinet and the double-glazed filter window protects the wine from harmful UV rays. Lorraine Pascale was a top model in the Nineties. She even beat Naomi Campbell to be the first black British model on the cover of American Elle. Now semi-retired from the fashion world, she has taken her first love -cooking - to a new level, becoming a professional patisserie chef.
