17 year-old Ree Dolly (Jennifer Lawrence) embarks on a mission to find her father after he secures his bail with their family home and disappears without a trace. Faced with losing her home and being turned out into the Ozark woods, Ree challenges her outlaw kin's code of silence and risks her life to save her family.
Winner of the 2010 Sundance Film Festival's Grand Jury Prize and Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award, WINTER'S BONE is directed by Debra Granik and is based on the best-selling novel by Daniel Woodrell. This tense thriller stars Jennifer Lawrence, John Hawkes, Kevin Breznahan, Dale Dickey, Garret Dillahunt, Sheryl Lee and Tate Taylor.
