Win the chance to get your dish on the Menu at the St. Pancras Grand - plus dinner with seven friends

To celebrate Foodie Fortnight at St. Pancras International we have teamed up with the St. Pancras Grand and The Champagne Bar to give readers the unique opportunity to devise a British Autumn/Winter dish which will be featured on the Menu at St. Pancras Grand. The winner will also enjoy a delicious dinner with up to seven friends including a glass of Champagne on arrival, together with selected wines.

The stylish St. Pancras Grand is located at Rendezvous level (upper concourse) in St. Pancras International alongside Europe's longest Champagne bar, and features quintessentially British dining with a lively twist.

For your chance to win simply submit your own original recipe, using no more than 12 ingredients. The recipe must be for a British seasonal dish for two or four people and include and include brief cooking instructions.

Competition closes at 23.59 on 07/10/09. The recipe must comprise of no more than 12 ingredients and 150 words in total. The winning recipe is the one which the head chef decides is the best British seasonal dish and most suitable for his menu and will feature on the St Pancras Grand menu throughout November 2009. The judge's decision is final. One entry per person and over 18s only. There is one prize of dinner for eight guests. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken within 6 months of the closing date. The value of the meal is up to £500 including wine.
