The winning family will join Chris at the Manchester Velodrome where they will have the chance to ask about the champion cyclist's career, enjoy an exclusive tour of his training ground and get some top tips on how to become a world-class cyclist. The winners will also receive vouchers to spend on a bike and cycling helmet to put what they learn into practice.
This opportunity comes courtesy of Highland Spring, official water supplier to Sir Chris Hoy, as the company celebrates the launch of its Get in Gear with Chris Hoy promotion. Throughout October and November, this will offer consumers the chance to win a host of fantastic prizes including a meet-and-greet with Chris, a set of family bikes, a cycling computer, a refillable water bottle and top-of-the-range cycling kit with cycling gloves, jacket and reflective drawstring bag.

The prize is for a family of up to four to attend a training session with Sir Chris Hoy at the Manchester Velodrome – date to be confirmed at a mutually suitable time between the prize winner and Chris Hoy. Travel to and from Manchester is included in the prize. Accommodation is in the four-star Macdonald Manchester hotel. The winning family will receive up to £800 of Halfords vouchers each to spend on a bike and helmet for each member of the family. Prize cannot be sold on for financial gain and is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative. The editor's decision is final. Offer closes on Friday 16 October at 23.59.
