1. Prize draws are only open to UK residents, aged 18 or over
2. Closing date: 23.59 25/10/09
3. 1st Prize is a 14 day holiday to Cuba for 2 people, Runner up prize is a 7 day holiday for 2 people
4. Flights are provided by Thomas Cook from Manchester only for the runner up prize.
5. Prizes will only be sent to UK addresses
6. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is offered
7. Holidays must be taken during May, June, September or October 2010
8. The winner must be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize
9. Departure tax from Cuba is not included in the prize & Travel insurance is the responsibility of the prize winner
10. Passports and visas are the responsibility of those travelling;
11. Transfers to/from the airport are not included
12. Accommodation in Cuba is based on 2 sharing, all inclusive
13. Flights are economy class, scheduled
14. Once the booking is confirmed, dates can no be changed
15. By entering, all entrants agree to be bound to all Terms And Conditions
16. The closing date for receipt of entries is as stated for each individual competition in the magazine or online.
17. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries, and will be notified by telephone, email or post within two weeks of the closing date.
