ARTROCKER ANNUAL FESTIVAL
Buffalo Bar, 259 Upper Street, N1. Tonight-Saturday, 8.30pm-1am.
Indie magazine and club promoter Artrocker showcases bright young rock pups. On Friday, brilliant jazz-punks Acoustic Ladyland headline and Saturday's main attraction remains a secret. But I see no harm in telling you: it's Hot Club de Paris.

DA! ART SQUAT
231 Tottenham Court Road, W1. Daily.
DA is an acronym for Direct Action (as well as the Russian for "Yes"). They're a group of contemporary artists who reclaim unused buildings for community art projects. They've recently laid claim to the former Family Planning Association building in Soho - drop in and say hello.

SIREN
Shunt Vaults, Joiner Street, SE1. Friday 7pm, 9pm.
Hidden in the catacombs under London Bridge station, the Shunt Vaults is one of London's most intriguing venues. Sound artist Ray Lee has taken advantage of their spookiness with a sound-andlight installation incorporating giant metal tripods, creeping performers and movement-sensitive speakers emitting weird noises.
Visitors are free to wander about and freak out.

ICE BAR
Plateau Restaurant and Bar, 4th Floor, Canada Place, Canary Wharf, E15. Daily until 8 February.
This pop-up al fresco bar is not actually made of ice. The glasses are, though, and there is the prospect of a "vodka luge" to make your way down as the Plateau terrace is transformed into a "winter wonderland". Blankets provided.

PRODUCT: WORLD REMIX/ WHAT WOULD JUDAS DO?
Bush Theatre, Shepherd's Bush Green, W12. Until 3 February.
Two controversial writers turn performers for this double bill of monologues. Playwright Mark Ravenhill hilariously plays a brash director pitching an absurd terrorism film, Muhammed and Me, to an impassive actress. Meanwhile, comic Stewart Lee, (creator of Jerry Springer: The Opera) does a priceless version of the gospels.
