THE HARDER THEY COME
Starring a young Jimmy Cliff, the 1972 film The Harder They Come remains the quintessential Jamaican movie, with a soundtrack second to none. In 2005, the enterprising thespians of Stratford East successfully reimagined it as a reggae musical. Here's a second chance to see the production, starring Rolan Bell, right, as it is revived for a two-week run.
Theatre Royal Stratford East, E15. Tonight until 17 February. 020 8534 7374

FLOCK
Fly over to Trafalgar Square to take part in this interactive performance of Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake, put on by the ICA and ROH2, the groovy wing of the Royal Opera. Budding ballerinas and curious passersby are invited to take to the stage space, where their moves are tracked by a spotlight and projected onto a screen. The more participants, the louder the score; the result is a choreography of chaos.
Trafalgar Square, SW1. Tonight 5-10pm. www.kma.co.uk/Flock _Web/

HOT FUZZTIVAL
The ICA is so excited it's devoted an entire season to the genre Pegg so amusingly parodies. The non-stop copshop opens on Saturday with Tony Scott's thriller Man on Fire. A doublebill-February. Police caper Hot Fuzz is Simon Pegg's follow-up to his winning zombie comedy Shaun of the Dead. of Point Break and Bad Boys II, and a preview of Hot Fuzz itself are future highlights.
ICA, The Mall, SW1. Saturday, until 18 February. 020 7930 0493

THE SENSES AND THE CITY: WILL SELF
Author, Evening Standard columnist and "psychogeographer" Will Self, a great chronicler of our city, starts a series of talks at the NPG which explore the way we interpret London via our five senses. His sense is smell.
National Portrait Gallery, St Martin's Lane, WC2. Tonight, 7pm. 020 7306 0055

PETER AND THE WOLF
Not Peter and the Wolf the Prokofiev suite; rather Peter and the Wolf the funky Liverpudlian folk ensemble. They are no less charming. Dance to their skiffly grooves at this Rock 'n' Roll Cinema night, where you'll also find usherettes on rollerskates, French band Underground Railroad and cool short films.
Rock 'n' Roll Cinema at 93 Feet East, E1. Sunday 4pm. www.rocknrollcinema.com
