Most talent shows these days focus on fame and multi-million pound recording contracts.
However, lucky winners of this event go away with the prize of a highly coveted Cheese 'n' Cracker Platter.
Creator Sarah-Louise Young will host ten people fighting it out to impress the audience in a range of genres including magic, music and comedy.
The event has proved popular enough for it to enter its fourth year at the Barge and appears to be part comedy cabaret, part mayhem.
Whether the end prize is truly motivational is doubtful, but you can still pretend you're dabbling in a Simon Cowell-style of talent spotting.
