It is enough to strike the fear into the hearts of any hardened rugby fan, the unblinking stare of three of England's toughest internationals looking out from your PC.

O2 has launched an interactive stare-out webcam viral featuring Josh Lewsey, Mike Tindall and Tom Rees. Have you got what it takes to beat three of England's most dedicated internationals?

Simply go to www.o2stareout.com, connect your webcam and see how long you can last.

The England stare out viral was inspired by the rugby team's never surrender mind-set, highlighting the national pride and passion of the team and fans alike.

The three England rugby stars spent a whole eye-watering day being filmed for the viral. The viral uses the actual footage of Tindall, Lewsey and Rees staring into the movie quality camera showcasing their longest and most intimidating stares'.

Mike Tindall managed over six minutes and has vowed to try and beat anyone who exceeds that time. The gauntlet is set!

To take part in the viral stare contest, participants need to line up their eyes with their computers' web cams, which then monitor the eyes for any sign of blinking. During the clash, the contestants are confronted by the player of their choice, face-on, with the star straining to avoid blinking and occasionally trying to put the competitor off with a little bit of gamesmanship. Recipients without webcams can also play an adapted version of the game.

England Rugby team member and World Champion, Mike Tindall, said: “I really enjoyed working with the team to produce the O2 viral, I always get challenged to stare outs and this is the perfect opportunity for the public and fans to really get involved. There is no way anyone is going to beat me.”
