Description: The Charity Ball is on board the HMS President, moored on the Victoria Embankment in the city of London. The venue is in a wonderful setting with spectacular views across the Thames, a piano bar from which to watch the sunset across the city. The event is to raise money for two children's charities. A children's hospice Naomi's House based down in Southampton, www.naomihouse.org.uk, and a small charity, based at Great Ormond Street, the HI Fund, www.hi-fund.org. These charities require much needed funds to aid research and support the families affected. The evening will start at 7.30 with a champagne reception followed by a 3 course meal accompanied by wine and then entertainment will commence. The evening's entertainment includes an auction to raise money for these two charities, a set from a live band called the Delaners and then a disco will go onto 1.30 for those who wish to dance until late.
