It is great that Bruno Loubet is back — and at prices that are eminently fair

The action and direction are superb and the acting good, but the plot is so pathetic it defies belief
Wonderful - beautifully acted and gloriously funny, particularly Simon Russell Beale and Fiona Shaw
Probably the most important photography exhibition london has ever seen

Man with a message: Leonardo DiCaprio's narration is unlikely to change many minds
Those who have reached the end of the line as far as doom-laden documentaries about global warming are concerned are unlikely to have their minds changed by Leonardo DiCaprio and his narration of this polished but essentially rather dull follow-up to Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth.
His earnest words to camera are supplemented by a flood of images that prove his points, including tidal waves, Hurricane Katrina, a bloody slaughterhouse and rush-hour traffic in Los Angeles.
The general thesis is that we are idiots to destroy our world and ourselves. But that there might just still be time.
Other talking heads include Stephen Hawking, Mikhail Gorbachev and various heads of environmental organisations.
They agree that if man was created to dominate the earth, the result is not quite what the Bible meant.
It is all very credible as, if it's not too late, are the proposed solutions, such as eco-friendly structures and renewable energy sources. But this is not exciting stuff - just a bit second-hand and depressing.
