The operation goes smoothly but then Sydney begins to notice ghostly figures that no one else can she. Fearing that she might be losing her mind, she seeks help from psychiatrist Dr Paul Faulker, who is dismissive of Sydney's claims that she can see the dead.

The Eye
Eerie: The Eye is the American version of a Japanese thriller

24 Apr 2008

This is the American version of a very eerie Japanese supernatural thriller, which David Moreau and Xavier Palud all but destroy with a noisy effort that could disturb those affected by flash photography. It will not worry anyonefs brain cells much.

Jessica Alba is a renowned violinist who is blind, the result of a childhood accident. A transplant partially restores her sight but she is inexplicably haunted by bizarre images. Is she just plain insane, or the only one who can see a terrifying world? Hard as Alba, Parker Posey as her sister and Alessandro Nivola as her doctor try to convince, it is not easy to care.
