Amanda Wakeley to host an exclusive designer tea at The Dorchester
19 January 2011
Fashion savvy Londoners will have an exclusive opportunity to tap into fashion week and view one of the collections usually reserved for press and fashion A-listers.
Amanda Wakeley's Spring / Summer 2011 collection takes inspiration from tribeswomen translated into an urban landscape. Earthy neutrals, cobalt blue and vibrant coral make up a vibrantly exquisite palette for the season's evening and daywear.
Guests booking the Amanda Wakeley Fashion Week Tea will have complimentary access to her exclusive personal styling service, an expert team headed by Bridget Bowen offering individually tailored shopping advice, edited on a seasonal basis for each client, to deliver the ultimate bespoke service.
Amanda will also be table-hopping to solve guests' personal shopping queries and share her experiences of the fashion industry.
Indulge in a glass of Champagne, delicious savoury finger sandwiches, homemade scones and a selection of French pastries.
Bookings will also include a goody bag with gifts from contributing luxury brands and a 10% discount on Amanda Wakeley purchases made between 3rd February and 31st March 2011, at the Amanda Wakeley flagship store on Fulham Road.
Afternoon tea will be served in The Promenade at The Dorchester at two sittings, 2.15pm and 4.45pm, and is priced at £48.00 per adult including a glass of champagne (prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of service charge at 12.5%).
For reservations or more information, telephone The Dorchester on 020 7629 8888 or email restaurants.uk@dorchestercollection.com
