Ball swaps West End for national opera

Kismet
The Coliseum, St Martin's Lane, Westminster
First performance Monday 25 June, 7.30pm, £16-£73, (0870 906 3838)

Michael Ball takes the lead role of Hajj in this award-winning fantasy based on the music of Russian composer Alexander Borodin.

An experienced West End performer, Ball has held popularity in many a household. However, despite delighting Broadway audiences in Les Miserables and the Phantom of the Opera, the opening performance will surprisingly mark his English National Opera debut.
