A six-day feast of film screenings are on offer in August for those particularly fond of the animation film genre.

The organisers of this event have managed to whittle entries down to the best 200 short films from 28 countries in readiness for audiences and a panel of judges to pore over them.

With so many movies to get through the programme is likely to feature a great deal of diversity with awards being presented in a variety of categories including best overall film, best digital and best student film.
