Easter Fair at Clapham Common
A mix of modern and traditional attractions - a carousel, dodgems, games, stalls and food and drink. Opens 1pm. Last ride 9.45pm. Entry, £1 plus cost of rides.

9-19 Apr
Chinese State Circus
Spectacular show exploring the 2,000-year heritage of the Chinese circus, with martial arts and acrobatics. Alexandra Palace, N22. Tickets: £7-27. Visit: chinesestatecircus.com

10-14 Apr
Hampton Court Easter Fair

The historic Annual Fair at Hampton Court Palace (it dates back 120 years) offers fun for all the family. On Charity Tuesday, 14 Apr, for a £2 wristband you can enjoy all rides half price (with all wristband profits going to the Historic Royal Palaces Fund). Visit: hamptoncourtfunfair.com

Queen's Ice Rink

London's only ice rink and ten-pin bowling venue is offering a family package for four people which includes all-day ice skating for only £36. There is also a free Cadbury's Creme Egg ice cream for the first 200 people during the Easter weekend. Parents get to bowl free between 10am and noon. 17 Queensway, Bayswater, W2.

Hampstead Heath Fair

Zippos Circus takes families back to traditional circus acts of yesteryear, as well as showing some thrilling acts of today's daredevils.
